Background

Born in Paris in the 9th arrondissement, I grew up in the 11th, 12th and 20th. I started as a professional soldier in the French Army, which let me discover France. I then worked in restaurants, notably in Paris (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 16th), from bar back to restaurant director, with seasons on the Côte d'Azur, in Corsica (Calvi, L'Île-Rousse, Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio) and in Saint-Barthélemy, before opening my first restaurant in Brétignolles-sur-Mer. I have also worked in sales and as a sales manager, in B2B and B2C, including three years in real estate, two of them running an agency. VTC is my new entrepreneurial adventure: I like to serve my customers, arrive early and make sure they feel at ease on board.
